Zumstein & Cie. is pleased to present their first collaboration between artists Claudia & Julia Müller and zoe vai. It is a series of 200 cups, available in various sizes (S, M, L), crafted from clay, hand-glazed and signed (dishwasher safe). 

Zumstein & Cie. was founded as an association in 2022 and is a workshop for professional artistic ceramics in Basel. It is open to all artists, designers and interested people. They can realize their productions and expand their knowledge for ceramic culture. Zumstein & Cie operates on donations and grants.

Claudia & Julia Müller are artists and live in Basel and Berlin. The sisters have worked collectively since 1991, making mixed media works in a wide range of materials with a particular emphasis on drawings and installations combined with objects. Their work is represented by the galleries Mehdi Chouakri, Berlin, Karin Günther, Hamburg.

zoe vai, the Swiss-Argentinian designer and ceramicist, contributes her know-how to Zumstein & Cie as a studio manager.
